We’re incredibly grateful that you’ve chosen to learn more about Amaze Dental and look forward to serving you and your family members for many years to come. As you learn more about our services, we hope that you also take the time to learn more about becoming a new patient at the dental office. Below, you’ll find all the information you need to get started receiving dental care from us, including expectations for your first visit, financing via dental insurance, and more!
After you schedule an appointment with us and arrive for your designated time slot, you’ll be met with a warm and welcoming greeting by our front desk. Then, we’ll ask you to fill out all necessary new patient forms so that we can better assist you when the doctor is ready. After a few minutes in our comfortable waiting room, you’ll be called to the back to meet Dr. Najjar and ask any questions you have. Once you’re settled in the dental chair, we’ll perform a detailed exam and cleaning with time permitting.
New patient forms make it easier for our team to best determine the care that meets your needs. In them, you’ll find questions regarding any previous dental or medical conditions you think we should know about. You’ll also be able to note any medications you’re currently taking, which is important if you plan on undergoing oral surgery or using sedative services. If you have questions about your care or the forms do not cover something you’d like to note, feel free to let us know!
When you have dental insurance, it can be much easier to get the necessary treatments you need and stay proactive about your oral health. Whether you need basic preventive care or complex restorative treatments, it’s better to have it when you need it. At Amaze Dental, we accept many of the major dental insurance providers, including Cigna, Delta Dental, Aetna, MetLife, Guardian, and more. If you need help understanding your plan, our team will sit down with you and make sure that you maximize your benefits.
Just because you’re in need of financial assistance does not mean you don’t deserve basic dental care. Our dental office is happy to accept plans from both Medicaid and CHIP, two programs that make care affordable for low-income individuals. These programs are especially helpful if you have children in need of dental care, as their early development can set them up for success when they have quality care and practice the right prevention.
Do you need help paying for a certain treatment that insurance does not cover? Do you lack any form of dental insurance? Financing your treatments doesn’t have to be impossible. With CareCredit and LendingClub, you can pay for treatment in monthly, more manageable chunks, even for cosmetic care! In many cases, these payments carry little to zero interest!
